A few nights ago, I waited 40 minutes in a Walgreens for a bus that never came. So I picked up some new pens (Pilot V5 Extra Fine – my favorite drawing pen maybe of all time, definitely of all that you can buy at a Walgreens) and drew this picture.
My apartment is decorated for Christmas to a very slight degree. I have a couple strings of Christmas lights tacked up places, and there is an ornament hanging from my fridge. However, I think I’ve been feeling a tree-shaped hole in my heart caused by the lack of a real tree in my space. Maybe this little picture will help the situation.
I love the little mouse hole, and the little crumbs.
