I’m having so much fun picturing tough tobacco-spitting baseball players of yore wearing a sweater like this.. alongside images of me wearing this while chatting about cute boys with my girlfriends at a bar. This can be chalked up to the sheer versatility of these designs.

What I love most about this e-book is the realization of two completely separate passions into one creation. Allyson is completely in love with both knitting and baseball culture, and to discover a way to marry the two is totally genius… and something I think about constantly. I may not be a sports fanatic (although I truly do feel like that day will come, given certain key aspects of my personality), but I love getting a fun history lesson through each pattern.
